When it comes to putting photos of you and your pet in your dating profile photos, there are two sides of the fence.

On one side, a photo of you and your 5 cats may look like the reason you are alone and you look like you are lined up to be the cat women in your building.  On the other side someone may see you as a compassionate caring loving soul with a generous spirit.

Love outdoors and running?  Well, if that cute guy is cuddling an adorable australian sheepdog in the photo, its a definite turn on.  You can imagine how good he’d be at cuddling you at night and spending the weekends running in the park.

There is not hard rule to include a photo of you and your pooch, but in my opinion, do include photos of you and your pet if your pet is a member of your family and a huge part of your life.  Get photos of you interacting with your pet, being playful and fun.

But don’t make it all about your pet!  Do not include a photo of just your pet, this has been done before.  In any photo you choose for your dating profile photos you don’t want your pet to be the main focus.  You want to be the focus.  Remember they want to date you not your pet!
